Privacy
This notice explains how Oddogs Games processes data for its website and Literate x Numerate Arena.
Who operates the service
Oddogs Games is the independent operator and data controller for Literate x Numerate Arena. Privacy and data requests can be sent to nextsevim@gmail.com.
Data we process
- Player name, avatar, account identifier and linked sign-in methods.
- Verified email address or Google account identifier and email when you link them. Google ID tokens are verified, not stored.
- Progress, rating, virtual wallet, cosmetics, friends, blocks, matches and fair-play reports.
- IP address, device and request information in limited technical and security logs.
- During the private playtest, optional diagnostics include app version, screen and connection state, match/round references, errors and a short event history. They exclude email, tokens, typed answers and raw device IDs.
Why we use it
We use this data to operate the game, keep progress available across devices, complete matches and rewards, provide social features, prevent abuse, answer requests and meet legal obligations.
Website and device preferences
The website and app store the selected language and necessary local settings in cookies or local storage. These are not advertising trackers. Optional private-playtest diagnostics can be disabled in the app's Privacy and security settings.
Providers and sharing
Sign-in, email delivery, hosting and network providers process data needed to operate and protect the service. Advertising-related processing by Google and its partners is described below; we do not send your game password, private messages or feedback text to advertising partners.
Retention
- Account, identity and progress data: until account deletion.
- Verification codes: up to 24 hours; expired or revoked sessions: up to 30 days.
- Match history: up to 2 years.
- Safety reports: up to 1 year; integrity events: up to 180 days.
- Optional private-playtest diagnostics: up to 7 days.
- Redacted operational logs: up to 30 days.
- A non-personal record proving completion of deletion: 3 years.
Player feedback / Oyuncu geri bildirimi
Feedback includes your category, message, optional reply email, game build, platform and, when available, match ID. We use it to investigate issues and improve the game. Reports are stored for up to 90 days; access is restricted to service administration. Do not send passwords or sign-in codes.

In-game messages / Oyun içi mesajlar
When you use friend messaging, we process the message text, sender and recipient account identifiers, and sent/read timestamps to deliver conversations and handle abuse reports. Messages are encrypted in transit and in server storage; they are not end-to-end encrypted. Messages are retained for up to 90 days. You can block players and report messages in the app. Account deletion is available in the app and through the linked deletion page.

Advertising and privacy choices
Where Google AdSense advertising is enabled, Google and its advertising partners may use cookies, device identifiers, IP addresses and browsing information to deliver, measure and prevent fraud in ads. Personalised ads may use visits to this and other websites. Where consent is required, you can consent, refuse or manage your choices in Google’s consent message. You can reopen it using “Privacy and cookie settings” where available. Refusing optional advertising consent does not remove access to the game. If the message is unavailable or blocked, see the resources below or contact us.
Deletion and anonymization
Delete your account in the app by entering your exact player name, or use the verified-email deletion page. Identity, progress, social and wallet data is deleted. Shared match and safety records are anonymized and then removed on their retention schedule.
Your choices and rights
You can link or unlink sign-in methods, block players, request account deletion, and ask for access, correction or information about your data. Legal rights vary by location and remain unaffected by this notice.
Security
We use encrypted transport, hashed session credentials and verification codes, limited access, sensitive-log redaction and abuse controls. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
