Terms of Use
These terms apply to the Oddogs website and the closed-test version of Literate x Numerate Arena. By using the service, you agree to follow them.
Eligibility
Use the service only if you can legally agree to these terms. A parent or guardian must approve use where local law requires it.
Accounts and access
Keep access to your linked email or Google account secure. Do not sell, transfer or impersonate accounts. You are responsible for activity performed through your credentials.
Fair play and conduct
Do not cheat, automate play, exploit defects, harass players, submit unlawful content or interfere with the service. We may investigate, limit or suspend access to protect players and game integrity.
Player content
You keep rights to lawful names, reports and other content you submit. You allow us to process that content only as needed to operate, moderate and protect the service.
Closed-test service
The game is under development. Features, balance, availability and saved test progress may change. We will use reasonable care but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Test currency, virtual items and future purchases
The closed test currently accepts no real-money payments. Test coins, cosmetics and emotes have no cash value, cannot be transferred or redeemed, and may be adjusted or reset during testing. If real-money digital items are offered later through the Google Play version, required purchases will use Google Play Billing and the price, product and applicable refund terms will be shown before purchase. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Ending access
You may stop using the service or delete your account at any time. We may restrict access for serious or repeated violations, security risk or legal necessity. Mandatory consumer rights are not limited.
